A little below typical agency rates, because you deal with me directly. Goods and shipping are at cost and listed separately on your quote.
Before you send a deposit, I visit the supplier and tell you whether it's a real factory that can make your product. Photos, video and a written report within 48 hours.

About
BaiLu is a China sourcing agent based in Xiamen, known to old sailors as Amoy and still one of China's busiest container ports. Fujian's factory towns are an hour or two away, and high-speed rail puts Guangdong's factories within reach.
I studied at Jiangsu University and work in English every day. I'm not an agency with a sales team. You talk to me directly, and I only take on what I can personally see through.
FAQ
A sourcing agent finds the right factory for your product, checks that it is a real manufacturer, negotiates price and terms in Chinese, approves samples, inspects the goods before shipping and arranges delivery. I do this from Xiamen, visiting factories in person when a project needs it.
My prices are published: a factory check is US$199, a pre-shipment inspection US$229 per man-day, order management 7% of the goods value (5% above US$10,000), and Taobao or 1688 buying 5% of the item cost. Every project still gets one written all-in quote covering the product, my fee and shipping before you pay anything.
I have no minimum. I handle a single Taobao parcel as well as full factory production runs. Factories set their own minimum order quantities, and I tell you what they are before you commit.
Yes. Many Chinese shops don't ship abroad or need a Chinese phone number and payment account. I buy for you, receive everything in Xiamen, check and photograph it, then ship it to you as one consolidated parcel.
Yes. I check goods at the factory or at my place in Xiamen and send you photos and video before shipping, so problems are fixed in China instead of after delivery.
No. I'm based in Xiamen, but I source across China. Fujian's factory towns are an hour or two away, Guangdong's factories are reachable by high-speed rail, and I work with suppliers nationwide online.
Yes. I can meet you at the airport, interpret between English and Mandarin, help set up Alipay, WeChat Pay and a SIM card, book hotels and high-speed trains, and come with you to trade fairs such as the Canton Fair, the Xiamen Stone Fair and CIFIT.
You can pay by Wise, bank transfer, Alipay or WeChat Pay, in US dollars or Chinese yuan. From abroad, Wise is usually the cheapest and fastest; Alipay and WeChat Pay are handy if you already use them.
I reply in English within 24 hours, usually much faster. I'm in Xiamen on China Standard Time (GMT+8). WhatsApp is the fastest way to reach me, and email works well for detailed specs.
